Brand and web design

Silver Hollow, WA

Est. 2016

Brand and web designfor the underestimated.

We are two people in a room above a bakery in Silver Hollow. We build the identity and the website for businesses that are already good at the work and tired of looking like they are not.

Services

Three ways
to work with us.

Most clients start with an identity, add a site, and keep us on a half day a week once the work stops being a project and starts being a habit.

What is included
  1. 01

    Brand identity

    from $3,800

A wordmark, a type system, a palette and the rules that keep them from drifting.

  2. 02

    Website design

    from $5,200

A fast, written-for-people site that turns visitors into inquiries, built and handed over.

  3. 03

    Design retainer

    from $1,400 a month

A standing half day a week for the campaigns, pages and print that keep arriving.

Process

Four steps, and you know the price before step three.

  1. 01

    Talk it through

An hour on a call or at the studio. What the business sells, who it sells to, and what is getting in the way. You leave with a written summary whether you hire us or not.

  2. 02

    Two directions

We come back with two honest routes, not five safe ones. Real type, real color, real pages, applied to your actual content so you can judge it properly.

  3. 03

    Build it

You pick a direction and we take it to finished artwork and a live site. Two rounds of changes are in the price, and we tell you when a change is costing you money.

  4. 04

    Hand it over

Files, fonts, logins and a training call. Everything is yours. If you want us on hand after that, the retainer exists, but the handover is complete either way.

A note from the studio

We would rather do six projects properly than twenty in a hurry.

Small studios get sold as a compromise. It is the opposite. You get the two people who did the work in the pitch, on the calls, and in the file when it ships. Nothing is handed to a junior on a Friday.

We take on a handful of projects at a time, we say no when the fit is wrong, and we tell you when a cheaper answer would do the job. That is the whole business model.

Clients

In their words.

These three are placeholders. Swap them for real Google reviews once you have them.

They asked better questions in the first hour than our last agency asked in three months. The new site says what we actually do, in words we would say out loud.
Priya N. / Fernwood
Two directions, both good, which made choosing hard and the result easy. Everything arrived when they said it would, and the handover file had things I had not thought to ask for.
Wes T. / Silver Hollow
We stopped apologizing for our website. Inquiries come in with enough detail that we can quote from the email, which has given us back an evening a week.
