The problem
Northfield was turning away work it could not see. Every new patient started with a voicemail, and the clinic returned calls between appointments, often the next day. Patients in pain do not wait a day. The old site listed the address and nothing else, so people looking for a specific treatment could not tell whether the clinic offered it.
The approach
We wrote the site around the four questions the front desk answers most: what it costs, how soon you can be seen, whether you need a referral, and where to park. Each treatment gets its own short page in plain language. Booking is one form with the three fields the clinicians actually need. The identity is quiet on purpose: a calm sans, generous spacing, and a single accent used only for actions.
The outcome
Inquiries arrive in writing with the injury and the preferred day already filled in, so the clinic can triage before it calls back. The referral pack for local GPs uses the same type and color, which is the first time the clinic has looked consistent on paper and on screen.
What changed

Why panels, not screenshots
The concept blocks above are drawn in plain CSS from the type and color system, so this template never shows a logo that belongs to somebody else. Replace them with photographs or screens of your own work when you make the site yours.
